LABS/BLOOD DRAW 

As of 2021, we are no longer completing Lab/Blood Draws in office, unless otherwise approved by our provider.

For our patients convenience we are providing the web portal links to our local laboratories for Blood draws requested by your provider(s).   Most of these laboratories are requiring appointment requests online in order to assure you NO WAIT at the time of your visit.

PLEASE NOTE:  If there are any changes to your Insurance, Mailing Address, Contact Information, Marital Status,  please notify us immediately in your Patient Portal  or by  contact page on our website so we have current information at all times.

Need Your Labs Drawn but cannot Drive to a location Near You?

Lab Retrievers : Lab Draw Company comes to your home: 

Lab Retrievers is a  Mobile Lab Draw Company now servicing our local areas.

 

If you are unable to go to a Laboratory near you for Labs to be drawn,  Lab Retrievers will come to your home.  There is a fee only for them to deliver your labs with requisition to other local Lab locations  (Quest, LabCorp, Baycare) of $60. 

 

Draws are Free for Medicare B Patients.  Other Insurance pricing may vary there may be a fee.
